East Pye Solar – Legal Advice
BEPS is working with Catherine Hibbert from Holmes and Hills who is a specialist in NSIP compulsory purchase orders and can provide legal help with any contracts sent to residents. She is familiar with the East Pye Solar scheme. Her advice is not to sign any contract without taking proper advice. In some circumstances the costs of legal advice can be reclaimed from East Pye Solar. If multiple people have the same standard contract we can ask her to advise as a group to be more cost effective and have a stronger negotiating position. If you or your residents have people impacted in this way, please ask them to contact this email address & provide a copy of the letter sent to themRegardsAdminBEPS Steering Group -
Remembrance Sunday 2025
Councillors and parishioners gathered at Topcroft’s village sign on Remembrance Day 11th November at 11am. Councillor Potter laid the wreath and read ‘We Shall Not Forget Them’, followed by a period of silent reflection to honour the sacrifice made by so many.
